BJP youth convention in city on Thursday

The state youth wing of BJP has decided to hold a state level youth convention here on January 23 to campaign for Narendra Modi as Prime Minister and corner the Naveen Patnaik government for its anti-youth policies.

“We will hold a youth convention to raise the issues affecting the interest of youth in the state. About 10 people from each block and municipality, besides the members of district and state youth working committees, will participate in the convention,” said Umakanta Patnaik, president of the youth wing.

Many senior leaders including BJP president KV Singhdeo, national general secretary Dharmendra Pradhan and Suresh Pujari will address the convention.
