Blackmailer Archana Nag to appear in law exam from jail!

Bhubaneswar: Blackmailer Archana Nag, who is in judicial custody, is likely to appear in Integrated Law examination from jail as the sextortion accused has made her form fill-up after getting permission from a local court here.

Archana filled her form following which a legal process will start for appearing in the examination from jail, informed her lawyer Debasish Mohapatra.

Archana Nag is the 5-year Integrated Law student at Capital Law College in Bhubaneswar. As she is currently lodged in jail in money laundering case, she had appealed to the court seeking permission for form fill-up to appear in upcoming 7th semester examination. Bhubaneswar JMFC-5 Court has allowed her for the form fill-up. She has also requested to the court for the examination. She will be entitled to write her examination papers from the jail as per guidelines by the jail authorities after receiving permission from the court, he said.

Worth mentioning that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has submitted a 2241-page chargesheet to the court in money laundering case mentioning the names of four accused including blackmailer Archana Nag.

Meanwhile, the central investigative agency has attached Archana’s over Rs 3 crore-worth luxury house located at Satya Vihar under Mancheswar police limits in connection with the case.
