In order to expand its statewide business network, the Canara Bank has decided to open another 22 branches along with ATM counters in the state by the end of March 2014.
Chief General Manager of the bank RR Sharma announced this while inaugurating a Retail and MSME Expo organised by the bank here.
The bank now has 108 branches covering 25 districts in the State and its total business in the State has crossed Rs 1,000-crore mark in the current fiscal.
Among others, president of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) Odisha Chapter, Binaya Krushna Das was present on the occasion.
