Embark on virtual tour of Odisha’s top tourism sites via Zoom Studios’ The Reunion

Bhubaneswar: Get ready to experience a visual treat on your small screen as The Zoom Studios is all set to take its viewers on a virtual tour of top tourism sites of Odisha in its upcoming show ‘The Reunion’, the trailer of which will release tomorrow (October 2).

The 10-part series has been shot at various tourist spots of the state, including Similipal, Bhitarkanika, Konark, Puri, Chilka, Dhenkanal, Badmul, Daringbadi, Koraput, Debrigarh, capturing the picturesque landscape comprising majestic mountains, serene beaches, ancient temples, spectacular wildlife and breathtaking waterfalls.

The Tourism Department has collaborated with The Zoom Studios for the series to promote the tourism sites of the state.

The first season of the show had received tremendous response from audiences with over 50 million views on YouTube and Facebook. The story traces the journey of a group of friends who reunited after 10 years.

The upcoming season will explore the story of a family reunion of estranged members as they rediscover their relationships and understand the true meaning of being a family.

“The new season of Reunion will highlight experiences and destinations of Odisha in a very organic manner. Be it ecotourism, camping, beaches, cuisine, road trips, adventure or art and craft, these segments can be effectively promoted through storytelling,” said Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi, Minister of Tourism, Odisha.
