Ensure safety of JEE, NEET examinees, Odisha CM to MLAs

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today appealed to the MLAs to ensure the safety of JEE and NEET examinees in the state.

“We now have less than 48 hours for the exams. Children are the future of our country and state. Their safety is our responsibility. The state government has made arrangements for free transportation and accommodation so that they can take the exam well. Do your best to ensure that children in your area take the test at their convenience,” the CM said to the legislators.

Patnaik also advised the MLAs to help the flood-affected people in the state. The state government will provide all possible assistance to alleviate the suffering of the people, he said.

Worth mentioning, the Odisha Government has decided to provide transportation and accommodation free of cost to the needy examinees of this year’s JEE and NEET in the state.
