Fire breaks out in scrap godown in Odisha capital

Bhubaneswar: A  major fire broke out in a scrap godown in Nandan Vihar area here in wee hours today.

Though no injury or loss of life was reported, property worth around Rs 2 lakh reduced to ashes in the fire.

Seeing  the fire, few locals called up firefighting personnel, who rushed to the spot and doused the flames. However, the cause behind the fire is yet to be ascertained.
