Giridhar Gamang to head state Congress manifesto committee

New Delhi, Jan 22 :

Former state chief minister and Union minister Giridhar Gamang will head the party’s manifesto committee in Odisha for the ensuing general elections for the state assembly and Lok Sabha, AICC sources said today.

General Secretary and senior leader of the Congress Janardan Dwivedi said the manifesto committee will have 29 members and Kailash Acharya will be its convenor.

Narasingh Mishra,Ramkrishna Patnaik and Harihar Karan are among the members of the large committee, party sources said.
