Earlier in March, the Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) had issued an advisory for workplaces to prevent the highly-infectious disease.
Yesterday, Twin City Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi said easing of lockdown does not mean the corona disappeared, it is still around. He called upon people to cooperate with the Government in the fight against COVID-19 by properly adhering to the guidelines.
Directing police personnel to raise awareness on use of face masks by making public announcements, the CP warned that stricter action will be taken against COVID-19 violators.
