Maoist posters calling for boycott of polls seized in Narayanpatna

Narayanpatna (Koraput), Mar 26:

Odisha police today seized several Maoist posters from Narayanpatna area of Koraput district.

Maoist posterThe posters issued by the Srikalulam-Koraput Divisional Committee were seized near forest range office and at Bikrampur village.

In the posters, the Maoists have asked the people to boycott the elections and reject the local leaders who they said had done nothing for the welfare of the poor and downtrodden tribals.

Terming the surrender drama of the Chasi Mulia Adivasi Sangh (CMAS) leader Nachika Linga as selfish and opportunistic, they have called on the people to reaffirm their rights by waging people’s war in every village.
