Odia youth arrested in Delhi for planning self immolation on R-Day

A young man Pradip Sahoo from Odisha was arrested here on Thursday for allegedly planning self immolation in front of the Rashtrapati Bhawan on the Republic Day, reports said.

Pradip is a retrenched Non Muster Role (NMR) employee of the Central Excise department in Rayagada.

After his arrest, Pratap was produced before a local court, sources said.
