Odisha: New vehicle registration allowed in these areas

Bhubaneswar: The State Transport Authority (STA), Odisha has allowed new vehicle registration at Sundargarh, Rourkela, Nuapada and Gajapati RTOs as the state government permitted opening of vehicle showrooms in Sundargarh, Nuapada and Gajapati districts from June 1.

The government has not allowed opening of vehicle showrooms in other districts during lockdown.

The Regional Transport Officers of Sundargarh, Rourkela, Nuapada and Gajapati have been instructed to allow the dealers to have access to VAHAN portal for registration of new motor vehicles from June 1 till further orders.
