Odisha: Tehsildar tests positive for COVID-19

Bhadrak: Chandbali Tehsildar Sushant Sutar has tested positive for COVID-19, the Bhadrak District Administration informed today.

According to sources, the official complained of sickness on August 29, following which his swab sample was collected for COVID-19 test. He was earlier engaged in flood-related relief work in the area.

Though he was suffering from fever, his condition was stable, sources said. Chandbali MLA Byomakesh Ray has also tested positive for COVID-19.
