Private college in Cuttack city reports 4 fresh COVID-19 cases

Cuttack: Four more students of a private college here have contracted COVID-19. With this, the educational institute has so far reported 29 positive cases in the last couple of days.

Earlier, the science college located in Arunodaya Nagar had reported 25 cases in two days. On March 17, 12 students of the college were found positive for the virus while 13 students of the college contracted the virus the next day (March 18).

Following detection of the cases, the CMC closed the college for 10 days to curb further spread of the virus.

It is pertinent to mention here that Cuttack district has been witnessing a sudden spike in the daily cases with 17 fresh cases (second highest) reported today.
