Rain, thunderstorm likely in these areas of Odisha today

Bhubaneswar: Several areas of Odisha are likely to experience thunderstorm and rainfall today, the Regional Meteorological Centre here said.

“Thunderstorm with lightning very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of coastal Odisha, Keonjhar and Mayurbhanj,” the Meteorological Centre predicted and issued Yellow Warning for the regions.

“Light to moderate rain/ thunderstorm very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj and at one or two places over the districts of Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal, Boudh, Koraput, Malkangiri, Rayagada and dry weather over the rest districts of Odisha,” it forecasted.

Temperature Forecast: No large change in maximum temperature (day temperature) at many places over districts of Odisha during the next 4 to 5 days.
