Summer sports coaching camp in Odisha concluded

Bhubaneswar, June 10:

The five-day summer coaching camp for cricket, volleyball and kabaddi, organized by Bhubaneswar Athletic Association (BAA), was concluded here on Monday evening.

The camp had begun on May 5 at Unit-1, High School ground here.

All total 45 boys and girls were imparted coaching by well-known cricket coach Lalit Mohanty, volleyball coaches Khirod Behera and Tushar Ghosh.

The coaching programmes will be a round-the-clock programme where training will be imparted in different phases.

Among others, BAA president Suresh Kumar Routray and other members of the Association.

Sushree Divyadarshni Pradhan, a member of India-A and captain of East Zone U-17 women’s cricket team and Ashutosh Tripathy, a state level volleyball player selected for Indian Youth Camp along with their coaches Khirod Behera and Tushar Ghosh were felicitated.

The felicitation was followed by presentation of certificates to the participants who had attended the camp.
