Two visually challenged all-rounders from Odisha – Md Jafar Iqbal and Sukharam Majhi – have been included in the national team for the forthcoming India-Australia cricket series scheduled at Bangalore from April 13 to 15.

Talking to OST here today after his return from Pakistan, Iqbal said “Although we lost the Friendship series with Pakistan featuring T 20 and one-day matches, it provided a big opportunity for me and Majhi as we got to play all the matches. The exposure we had during the series will help us in future”.
