Bhubaneswar: Rise in COVID-19 cases in Odisha continues unabated as 11086 persons tested positive for the virus in the state during the last 24 hours. Out of the 11086 cases, 1061 are children below 18 years of age.
While a total of 70,990 samples were tested yesterday, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) stood at 15.6%.
Khurda district reported highest 3469 fresh infections, followed by Sundargarh (1416) and Cuttack (766 ).
With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 1155487 with 80914 active cases.
