Amitabh Bachchan admitted to hospital in Mumbai !
Mumbai: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan reportedly has been admitted to a private hospital for regular check-up here.
The 77-year-old actor reportedly visited Nanavati hospital on October 15 where he is apparently undergoing treatment for liver problems.
Worth mentioning, Big B’s liver has been damaged 75 percent following the fatal accident on the sets of Manmohan Desai’s Coolie movie in 1982. He was infected with Hepatitis B virus while undergoing treatment.
According to reports, Nobody apart from Bachchan family has been allowed to meet him, who has been put in a special room equivalent to ICU.
Amidst reports of illness, senior Bachchan, who is quite active on social media, updated his twitter twice on the occasion of “Karva Chauth” yesterday. He tweeted a picture of his wife Jaya Bachchan, wishing her on the festive occasion.

Recently, Big B had celebrated with his family and close friends on his birthday on October 11. The actor is currently busy in hosting season 11 of the quiz show, “ Kaun Banega Crorepati”. He will soon appear in the flicks including ‘Brahmastra’, ‘Sitabo Gulabo’ and ‘Jhund’.
