FAO to conduct AIFF ‘D’ license coaching course in Odisha

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has allowed the Football Association of Odisha (FAO) to conduct the AIFF ‘D’ license coaching course in the state in September this year.

The aim of conducting the course is to produce more professional football coaches, who will impart modern and scientific football coaching to our state football players, said FAO honorary general secretary Sanjay Behera in a release today.

The application form is available in the FAO office at Cuttack and also in offices of all District Athletic Associations.  The applicant should possess playing experience and knowledge of the game at any level and should be medically fit, he said.

Behera also informed that as per the directive of the AIFF, nobody would be eligible to participate in AFC ‘C’ license coaching without obtaining AIFF ‘D’ license certificate.
