HC directs Odisha cops to submit Rishi murder case diary

Cuttack: The Orissa High Court today directed the Twin City Commissionerate police to submit case diary (CD) of the much-talked-about alleged murder of engineering student Ashutosh Mohanty alias Rishi.

The High Court directed the Twin City Commissionerate police to submit the case diary within two weeks.

Alleging tardy progress in police investigation, one Anurag Mohapatra, a friend of Rishi had moved the High Court.

Admitting the petition, the High Court directed the police to submit the case diary.
