Man held for supplying explosives to Maoists in Odisha

Bhawanipatna: The Kalahandi Sadar police today arrested a person for allegedly supplying explosives to Maoists.

Cops have seized a gun, five detonators, 20 gelatin sticks and other explosives from the possession of the accused, identified as Manga Majhi.

Acting on a tip-off, police detained and questioned him at the Nehela Reserve Forest in the district while he was carrying the seized items in a polythene bag.

As he failed to give satisfactory answer, police arrested him.
