Odisha: 43 kg ganja seized, 5 arrested

The police in Odisha’s district headquarters town Koraput seized 43 kgs of ‘ganja’ (marijuana) from a bus and arrested five smugglers, reports said.

Based on a tip-off, the police raided the Nabrangpur-Vijayawada bus and seized several packets containing ganja and arrested the carriers.

All the accused belong to Ranginiguda village under the Padua police station area, the reports added.
