Bhubaneswar: Twin City Commissionerate Police have arrested the third accused in fake placement controversy at Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (SOA) University in the Odisha capital, taking the number of arrests in the case to three.

Twin City Commissionerate of Police YB Khurania today held a press conference at the Board Room of the Commissionerate Police office here where he told media that the third accused in the ITER fake placement – Vikash Lunayach – has been arrested from Gurugram.

“Several people are involved in the scam. They have executed their plan in a well-planned manner. We have identified other accused and search is on to nab them,” Khurania said.

Revealing further, Khurania said that Vikash – an MBA graduate – had visited Bhubaneswar on five occasions to coordinate with others involved during placement time.
