“We arrested Vista’s chartered accountant Debaprasad Mishra for swindling funds to the tune of Rs 60 lakh. Mishra had taken the money from the firm on the pretext of paying income tax and other taxes which he never did. He later showed fake receipts to the company’s administration,” crime branch SP Rajendra Patnaik said.

Sources said Mishra will either be produced in a designated court in Cuttack on Tuesday.

Earlier, the CB had arrested three officials of the tainted firm: its CMD Deb Kumar Panda and two executive directors Manoj Patnaik and Bijay Swain.

The CB had nabbed Panda on May 17 from the railway station here while he was leaving for Vizag on the Bhubaneswar-Tirupati Express to board a flight to Singapore.
