Odisha eves beat Karnataka in National Games Hockey

Odisha eves thrashed Karnataka by 5-1 goals in the hockey league round match of the 35th National Games at New Hockey Stadium at Ashramam in Kerala on Thursday.

Ambika Toppo scored the first goal through a penalty corner in the 5^th minute while Jira Ekka, Nilprojita Majhi, Ambika Toppo and Birajini Ekka scored a goal each in 17^th, 20^th, 27^th and 46^th minutes respectively.

For Karnataka, Niha scored the only goal in the 52^nd minute.
