Odisha logs 1993 more COVID cases with 2.73% TPR; 63 more die

Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID-19 cases in Odisha dipped below 2000 as 1993 more persons tested positive for the virus during the last 24 hours. A total of 72754 samples were tested in the state yesterday while the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 2.73%.

Khurda district reported highest 322 fresh infections, followed by Cuttack (297) and Balasore (181).

With this, the COVID-19 tally in the state reached 941745 with 24567 active cases.
