Railway doc’s wife found in pool of blood in Puri; murder suspected

Puri: A railway doctor’s wife was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his official residence here in the district today.

The deceased was identified as Sujata Sahu, wife of Dr. Sanjiv Kumar Sahu, posted at the Railway Hospital. She was found lying in the living room in a pool of blood at railway quarters located in front of Puri Women’s College.

Receiving information, the Sea Beach police reached the spot and initiated a probe into the incident.

As per prima facie, the woman was suspected to have been murdered.
