On the eve of the World Tourism Day on Friday, Development commissioner I Srinivas inaugurated a Tourist Guide Map at the Museum Square in the city here on Thursday.

The State Bank of India (SBI), in partnership with the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), has decided to install Guide Maps at prominent places in Bhubaneswar.

Present on the occasion, SBI Chief General Manager Praveen Gupta said that the boards, besides showcasing the places of tourist interest, would help the tourist find their way around the city.

He said SBI would install 25 such boards in various parts of the city.
