Weather Alert : 8 Odisha districts to witness thunderstorm, lighting today

Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm accompanied with lightning likely to lash as many as eight districts of Odisha today.

As per the latest bulletin issued by the regional Meteorological Centre here, thunderstorm and lightning will occur in districts like Sundargarh, Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Khurda, Nayagarh, Ganjam, Puri, and Kandhamal. Spells of rainfall is also likely in one or two places of these districts.

Such weather condition is likely to prevail between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm today, the weather men added.
