Youth drowns in river in Bhubaneswar; 3 rescued

Bhubaneswar:  A youth drowned while three others narrowly escaped from the watery grave in  Kuakhai river at Bankuala on the city outskirts today.

The mishap took place when the four friends were taking bath in the water body today.

On receiving information, fire personnel from Balianta rushed to the spot and launched a search operation.
