2 killed as car rams into truck in Odisha’s Keonjhar

Keonjhar: In a tragic incident, two persons died after a car in which they were travelling rammed into a truck over Bankamaruni bridge under Sadar police limits in Odisha’s Keonjhar district today.

According to reports, the ill-fated car hit a stationary truck from rear on Keonjhar-Joda road this morning following which it got mangled killing the driver and another person present inside the vehicle on the spot.

On being informed, police reached the spot and the bodies were recovered from the damaged car using gas cutter. The bodies were later sent to the district headquarters hospital for post-mortem.
