8,067 clear Odisha Civil Services-Prelims 2015

As many as 8,067 candidates have cleared the Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2015 (OCS-Prelims) qualifying them to appear the Odisha Civil Services Main Examination-2015.
The results of the OCS-Prelims were published by the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) on Wednesday.
Out of the 8,067 successful candidates 4,101 are from the general category, 887 from Socially & Economically Backward Classes (SEBC) category, 1,289 from Scheduled Caste category and 1,790 from Schedule Tribe category.
Roll numbers of the successful candidates are uploaded at the OPSC website http://opsc.gov.in
The OPSC has also decided to conduct the Odisha Civil Services Main Examination-2015, on 5th, 6th and 7th February in respect of compulsory papers.
Notably, a total of 44,122 candidates had appeared in the Odisha Civil Services Preliminary Examination, 2015 held on November 8 last year.
