COVID-19: 143 fresh cases detected in Odisha’s Cuttack

Cuttack: Another 143 new COVID-19 positive cases were detected in Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) area in last 24 hours. With this the total number of positive cases in Cuttack city increased to 1,325.

Out of the fresh positive cases, 112 persons including 50 females were from Malgodown containment zone area.

While seven positive cases were detected from institutional quarantine centres in the city, a total of 12 persons from home quarantines tested positive today.

As many as 12 persons including a COVID warrior were local contact cases.

So far, the recovery count in the city is at 661 whereas the active number stands at 654. A total of 10 persons died of the disease in the city till yet.
