COVID-19: Odisha tally reaches 160 with new case from Jharsuguda

Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Jharsuguda district reported a fresh COVID-19 case as the state tally mounted to 160, official sources said.

This is the second COVID-19 case in the district and has been identified as a 40-year-old woman. She had come in contact with previous positive case of the district, sources said.

Earlier, two persons from Ganjam district had tested positive for the virus yesterday.

Number of active cases in Odisha rose to 103 while 56 patients have recovered so far.
