Falcon-AITA Tennis: Abhinansu bags singles title

Abhinansu Borthakur of Assam won the men’s singles title in the Falcon-AITA 50k Ranking Tennis Tournament which concluded at Kalinga Stadium here on Friday after defeating Chinmaya Pradhan by 7-5, 6-0.

Abhinansu received the trophy along with cash prize of Rs 6,000 while Chinmaya won runners-up trophy with a cash award of Rs 4,500.

Director of the tournament Rabi Mohapatra distributed the prizes.

Among others, manager of Odisha Tennis Association (OTA) Prakash Patnaik, tournament referee Jatin Bastia, PK Patanik and Dr PK Pradhan were present.
