Fresh COVID-19 death in Odisha after one-day gap
Bhubaneswar: A day after zero COVID-19 death case in Odisha, the toll further increased with a fresh fatality in the last 24 hours.
A 70-year-old person suffering from multiple diseases succumbed to Coronavirus on Wednesday taking the toll to 1,888 in the State.

“Regret to inform the demise of 70 year old male Covid positive patient of Khordha district who was also suffering from Chronic Liver Disease with Pulmonary Hypertension & Chronic Kidney Disease,” informed the State Health & Family Welfare Department today.
Yesterday, the State had reported zero death due to COVID-19 for the first time after six months. After a day gap, the virus claimed one life in last 24 hours.
