Gold jewelries, idols looted from temple in Puri

Puri: Miscreants allegedly looted gold jewelries and idols of deities from Gopinath temple at Balabhadrapur village under Chandanpur police limits in Puri district last night.

The priest found theft of idols and gold ornaments in the morning when he entered into the temple in the morning.

The villagers lodged a complaint with Chandanpur police following which a probe has begun into the incident.
