Grama Rakhi shot dead by Maoists in Odisha’s Rayagada
Rayagada: A Grama Rakhi was allegedly shot dead by Maoists over police informer suspicion at Tikarpada village under Ambadala police limits in Odisha’s Rayagada district, last night. The deceased has been identified as Santosh Dandasena.
According to reports, more than 10 armed Maoists arrived at the village and dragged him out of his house. Later, the extremists killed him on the village road before leaving the place.

The Maoists left two handwritten notes at the spot, mentioning that they killed Dandasena as he was working as a police informer.
On being informed, police reached the spot, recovered the body and started an investigation.
