Inebriated doc misbehaves patient’s kin at hosp in Odisha’s Malkangiri
Malkangiri: In a highly unfortunate incident, a doctor allegedly misbehaved with a patient’s family members in an inebriated state at Malkangiri district headquarters hospital in Odisha last night.
According to reports, blood was required to be administered to a patient namely Savitri Tangula at the hospital following which her kin went to doctor Shrimaya Mishra with a form.

However, Mishra allegedly misbehaved them and created ruckus at the hospital.
On being informed, Additional District Medical Officer (ADMO) B.B Mohapatra reached the spot and took the situation under control.
The doctor reportedly admitted to have come to the hospital consuming alcohol. He was later sent back home by the hospital authorities.
