Sundargarh, Dec 10:
A leopard was found dead with multiple injuries on his body, nails and tail missing in a forest in Odisha’s Sundargarh district.
The carcass was found this morning in Machida forest under Hemgir forest division with nails and tail missing.
The local villagers spotted the carcass and suspect that the big cat has been killed by poachers for its body parts.
Meanwhile, the forest officials of Belpahar Range reached the spot for investigation.
