Odisha-based IAN’s advisory body meets to chalk out course of action

The first advisory committee meeting of Odisha-based national body India Against Negativity (IAN) was held in Bhubaneswar under the chairmanship of Justice A. K. Patnaik, former judge of the Supreme Court, an IAN release said today.IAN KIIT

The members discussed issues relating to profile, membership, vision, objective and future action plan of IAN and gave various suggestions to help achieve the goals of the campaign. It was also decided to involve the media in this campaign to make it more fruitful, the release said.

“It was decided to take up a massive awareness programme against negativity throughout the state in the first phase and to involve thousands of members in the campaign,” the release informed.

Justice Madan Mohan Das, vice chairman of the IAN advisory committee, and other members of the Committee Sudhansu Bhushan Mishra, former Chief Secretary of Odisha, Bipin Bihari Mishra, former, Odisha DGP, Saswati Bal, Shruti Mohapatra, eminent social worker, Brahmakumari B. K. Leena, National Jt. Conveners Ajay Pradhan and Nikita Ahya; Trust members Dr Achyuta Samanta, Dr Bimalendu Mohanty, journalists Pradosh Patnaik, Ashok Pandey, Dillip Hali and Dr. Sasanka Chudamani took part in the deliberations.

Bhubaneswar is the headquarters of IAN, where thousands of members have been enrolled already, the release said.
