Odisha CB arrests 2 sharpshooters over gangster Tito link

Cuttack: The Special Task Force (STF) of Odisha Crime Branch has arrested two sharpshooters over their alleged links with gangster Syed Usman Ali alias Tito, informed Himanshu Lal STF DIG today.

The arrested have been identified as Sk Sayed and Babula Pati. More than 25 cases including those of murder and extortion are pending against the duo at several police stations, sources said.

On the other hand, Rakesh Patnaik, Labour Union Leader of Paradip, today deposed before the STF for questioning over his links with Tito.

Notably, arrested gangster Tito is currently under a 3-day remand of the STF. The agency has taken him on remand for the third time for further investigation.
