Odisha govt effects major reshuffle in OAS cadre

The Odisha Government today effected a major reshuffle in the senior OAS cadre.

According to a notification of General Administration Department, 12 OAS officers have been promoted from Senior Branch to Super Time Scale.

Shyamali Mahapatra is the new Joint Secretary of Higher Education Department. Subhashree Nanda is the new Joint Secretary of School and Mass Education Department. Bhawani Prasad Ray is the new CEO. Deba Prasad Panda is the new Joint Secretary of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD). Nrusingha Chandra Swain is the new ADM of Nayagarh. Bijaya Kumar Dash is the new ADM of Puri.

Laxmikant P Pradhan is the new ADM of Bolangir. Trilochan Majhi and Marshel Ekka allowed in SITU promotion. Sakuntala Bindhani is the new Joint Secretary of Food, Supply and Consumer Welfare. Deben Kumar Pradhan is the new ADM of Mayurbhanj. Bhakata Charan Pradhan is the new ADM of Deogarh. Bijaya Kumar Rath is the new ADM of Bargarh.

Further, the below mentioned changes were also effected to the cadre.

Kumuda Chandra Mallick is the new Special Secretary of OPSC. Ashok Kumar Nayak is the new Additional Secretary of Revenue and Disaster Management. Bijay Kumar Nayak is the new Additional Secretary of Health and Family Welfare. Mukund Kisan is the new Additional Commissioner of Transport Department. Pabitra Mandal is the new Additional Secretary of SC/ ST Development Department. Pradeep Kumar Gardia is the new Secretary of Odisha Khadi and Village Industries Board.
