Odisha polls: BJD to announce name of candidates ‘very soon’

Bhubaneswar: The ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) will announce the names of party’s candidates for the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in Odisha “very soon”, said Chief Minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik today.

On being asked by reporters about the status of BJD’s list of candidates for the upcoming polls, Patnaik said, “It’s perfectly all right we are working hard on it.”

Commenting on the preparation of the party for the elections, he said the preparations are “very well” and the BJD will do “very well as well”.
