Odisha reports 335 new COVID-19 positive cases

Bhubaneswar: Another 335 persons in Odisha tested positive for deadly Coronavirus in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total count to 3,23,364.

Of the total fresh cases detected from 27 districts, 193 have been reported from different quarantine centres and remaining 142 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department.

Sundargarh district recorded highest 52 cases followed by Khordha district (31) and Mayurbhanj district (29).

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 3,231 and recovered cases at 3,18,278.
