Odisha reports 418 more COVID-19 positive cases; here’re district-wise figures

Bhubaneswar: As many as 418 more persons in Odisha contracted Coronavirus in the last 24 hours taking the state’s total caseload to 3,18,725.

Of the total fresh cases detected from all 28 districts, 241 have been reported from different quarantine centres while 177 are local contact cases. Contact tracing and follow-up action is underway, said Information and Public Relation (I & PR ) Department today.

Sundargarh recorded highest 41 fresh cases followed by Angul (34) and Mayurbhanj (32).

Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 5,677 and recovered cases at 3,11,256.
