Odisha’s Sudarsan Pattnaik pays tribute to Kalam on birth anniversary

Puri: Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik paid tribute to people’s president and missile man APJ Abdul Kalam through a beautiful sand art on his 86th birth anniversary at Puri sea beach here today.

Placing Kalam’s image on the sand notebook, Pattnaik wrote in the sand art, “Tribute to Dr Abdul Kalam 86th birth anniversary.”

Remembering his first meeting with the former president of India, Pattnaik also shared his memory on microblogging site Twitter.
