Over two quintal ganja seized in Odisha’s Jeypore, 3 held

Jeypore: Police today seized over 2 quintal ganja from a vehicle and arrested three persons for illegally supplying here in the town of Koraput district.

The Bolero vehicle, which was used for supplying the ganja, was also seized by the police.

The ganja was illegally supplied in front of Income Tax office under Jeypore Town Police.

According to reports, Jeypore Twon Police stopped the Bolero during patrolling at around 3.00 am on Jeypore-Boriguma road on NH 26 suspecting illegal supply of ganja in the vehicle.

They seized 2.3 quintal ganja from the vehicle and arrested the peddlers in connection with the illegal supply.
