PM Modi to visit Odisha again on May 29, give final push to the BJP

Bhubaneswar: Intensifying the last leg of campaigning for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) for the simultaneous Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in the State, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Odisha once again on May 29.

This is the PM’s fourth visit to Odisha in a month, signifying the strategic role of Odisha in redefining the political landscape for the BJP both at the State and Centre.

As per the schedule, Modi will address public gatherings in parliamentary constituencies of Balasore and Kendrapara, informed  BJP Odisha Election In Charge Vijaypal Singh Tomar.

Prior to Modi’s visit, Home Minister Amit Shah who is currently rallying in the State, will address the Vijay Sankalp Samavesh at Baripada, Chandbali, Korei and Jagatsinghpur on May 25.

Modi had previously visited the State on May 6, May 10 and May 19, addressing five large public rallies in different constituencies including two major roadshows in Bhubaneswar  and Puri.

Assembly and Lok Sabha elections will be held simultaneously in four phases in Odisha from May 13 to June 1. Results for both the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha will be declared on June 4.
