Police seizes firearms from Unique Club in Odisha’s Puri

Odisha’s Puri police today seized two pistols, three live bullets and two swords from Unique Club in the town.

Acting on a tip off by a young man who was attacked by antisocial elements there, the city cops this morning launched a raid on the club and seized the arms and ammunition.

Puri police special squad and a team of the Kumbharpada police participated in the joint search operation in the premises.

While no one has been arrested in connection with the incident, the cops are investigating into it, said a source in Kumbharpada police.
